Yak Attack is wet-hopped with whole cone Simcoe hops from Washington State’s famous Yakima Valley, rushed across the border by our brewmaster Julia Hanlon and transferred directly into our hopback for maximum freshness. The resulting Pale Ale is an incredible balance of fruity and earthy hops and smooth malt, best enjoyed during harvest season.
