A little tropical fruit in the mild nose. Almost no head and no lace over a medium copper body, undercarbonated. Mouth is flat and medium bodied. This followed a funky buddah so I drank it in the wrong order. Small flavor but for a sea session IPA I will kick it up bit. (actually I think beerpal.com needs to start a moderate ABC category for IPA's, this would win.) Mostly just bitter with some citrus and tobacco. Acceptable but not the Finest kind.

Pours a clear amber with a frothy eggshell head, typical but appealing. Malty aroma has a strong woody hop overtone and some fruity co-stars. Flavor is quite hoppy, with hay and slightly bitter woody tones, plus malty and fruity undertones. This will get your taste buds a-bouncin’! Texture is lively, if average in viscosity; finish is fairly hoppy and woody.

Living down here in FL where the heat index has been 100+ degrees for about 2 months now, I am starting to get into these session IPAs. Lighter, not as malty, less ABV%, less filling, etc.....you get the picture. A semi-cloudy light orange/medium yellow appearance. Crisp and very refreshing. This surprisingly has a decent amount of citrus/grapefruit flavor, well hopped, and well balanced. Only grabbed a single of this to sample, but I could go for a 6 of this before the weather starts to change.

A cloudy orange yellow colored beer with a small, three fingered off white head rising briefly above. Not much hang time on that head. A thin ringlet and light splotches of film are left. A piney-floral hoppiness dominates in both the nose and more so in the tasting. Crisp and effervescent.
