Not much on the aroma but it makes up in the appearance and the taste. This poured a beautiful chestnut brown color with a slight head that lasted a long time. The taste was surprisingly sweet and very smooth with a very enjoyable blend of caramel, citrus and toffee. This was a nice compliment to my meal and I would gladly have this again.

Run of the mill brown ale. Chestnut brown pour, minimal head and lacing. Aroma was caramel, maltiness. The flavor was more of the same...caramel, not sweet, some roastiness and an odd fruitiness that wasn't pleasant.

Poured a light, reddish / brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, and citrus hops. Taste of toffee, nuts, caramel, with a dry, lightly bitter finish and an average mouthfeel.
