A beloved member of our single hop series, this pale ale is brewed exclusively with El Dorado hops, a newer hop varietal released in 2010. With an alpha acid of 15.3%, this hop has become a West Coast favorite and is known for aromas of pear, stone and tropical fruits. This balanced pale ale comes in at 6.1% ABV with over 65 IBU’s and is the first of a single hop series that will be going on year round.

A light bodied pale ale that isn't over the top or complex in any way, but is refreshing and a good showcase for the single hop. In this case the hops are bright, floral and fruity. Lightly bitter.
