Full bodied ale which uses our estate grown cascade, centennial, and chinook hops in the kettle boil. Flowery hoppy nose, and aggressive hop on the palate will make this a favorite of anyone who loves our humulus lupulus dosed ales.

Tasted on tap at O’Brien. This pale ale poured a medium amber color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is malt, caramel and piney. A medium bodied pale ale. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are slightly grapefruit. There is a touch of a wet hop bit at the finish. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Drinkable, but not quite what I was expecting I guess. I was expecting a little more hop flavor. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
