280 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear and straw-yellow coloured Helles with a one finger almost white foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is a powerful skunky feeling, overwhelming all " others " perceptions. The flavour is light sweety malts, corn , rice, notes of honey and an aggresive and unpleasant acidic feeling. The mouthfeel is crispy and acidic. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Helles has a skunky and acidic finish. This brew reaches, here in the Old Europe, the limits of the drinkability.
