Pours a slightly hazy coppery brown with a thick, fluffy, off-white head. Malty aroma has strong yeasty, molasses and caramel notes and is a bit sweet. Flavor has a sweet caramel overtone and a malty core with hints of apple and molasses and just a touch of cloves. Body is about average, and texture is smooth and fairly fizzy, leaving a tingly and somewhat complex finish.

Up to 7.9% now. Unfiltered medium brown/amber color. Smells of wheat and some fruit. Pretty well-balanced and smooth drinking. Wouldn't say it's a great Weizen, but damn good for a domestic. Worth the price and nice to sample.

A deep murky amber colored beer with a big light beige head rising above. There's some hang tome. Settles into a thin ringlet. Light bready nose. Bread, dark fruit and some grassy hops in the tasting. A light-medium bodied beer.
