This "imperial IPA" has a very strong hop aroma and flavor, however it isn’t as bitter as the Gale Force IPA. There is a strong malt backbone to offer a level of balance but with over two and a half pounds of hops per barrel it resonates hops from start to finish. With so much flavor happening you miss the 8.6% alcohol by volume so be careful when serving or drinking. Hops were added at every stage of the process...it was dry-hopped with chinooks for two weeks. 75 IBU’s. Hops: chinook, centennial, columbus, cascade, bullion.

Grabbed a single a couple months ago, but forgot to review. An ok imperial, but not quite a DIPA. Didn't remember much standing out to set it above the field. Well balanced with that West Coast feel. Gale Force IPA may be the way to go though. May have to sample them both again now back to back! The price is right, as with pretty much all their brews.

Bomber from Central City. Clear copper pour under a creamy ivory head. Good legs on this one. Aroma had lots of citrus, hops, and pine. Flavour echoed the nose, with a lot of bitterness. Bit of malt at the finish. Buttery smooth mouthfeel. Glad to have had this one.

A orange-amber in color with a big, tight bubbled-frothy off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a thick film and moderate cap. Intense alcohol and citrus in the nose. The citric-pine hops are well balanced by a bready malt. Full bodied and smooth. Refreshing
