    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Schwarzbacher Schlossbrauerei Vase an unfiltered and opaque pale amber-orange coloured H W with a one finger beige and soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, corn, spicy, cloves and faint fruity, bananas. The aroma is yeasty, wheat malts, corn, fruity with citrussy notes and high surprising as unexpected, fish, sardines (!!). The mouthfeel is crispy and quite flat. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied H W has a wheaty malts and spicy finish. Overall, a Hefeweizen from Thüringen lacking of stuff. Overaging is a correct rating.
