500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Bavarian Seidla a clear and golden-yellow coloured Helles with a generous two fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate malty and grassy hops. The flavour is light caramel malts and grassy hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is light crispy and a bit sticky. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Helles has a dry hoppy bitter finish. An easy drinkable and tasteful Helles from a small brewery located close to Bamberg in the Upper Franconia.
