The deposit of yeast (and maybe more) in the bottom of the bottle is the thickest I've ever seen. After pouring, the chunks are big all over. The colour is beige-orange and is quite hazy. The head is very creamy with good retention. The layer left on top of the brew is quite thick too. Aroma wise, I get prunes, earth and sweetness. Tarty mouthfeel. Slight sour mouth entry with a mild bitter middle and finish with the yeast in the back log. Dark fruits are found somewhere in there. Weird brew. First fews sips are always hard to get used to, but then, it gets better as you go. Hard to decipher most of the taste and aromas in here. Decently brewed, but not my kind of belgian beer. Recommended to try once at least, but I had mine. Hard to finish 6-pack.

Pourred a deep murky amber brew with a huge head. Lot of carbonnation coming out of this one. Nice mixture of spice which give a good complexity to this belgian ale. Body is OK and alcohol is well hidden in the mix. Overall, a good one from this hit and miss brewery.
