This citrus Saison pours a hazy beige-yellow colour with a decent white head, a little lacing, average carbonation, under-par retention. At first, the aromas were malty mixed with apples, but then, the citrus really came out. The mouthfeel is pretty thin and watery. The taste is on the light side too, with the mild fruits (apples and citrus) in the background. Not much aftertaste, and just a refreshing beer with lack of class.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a white bubbly head with not much retention and no lacing. Aroma of citrus with some interesting fruity ester. Taste is a mix between some citrus fruits with load of fruity ester which I thought were interesting. Body is quite thin with some average carbonation. I really appreciated the citrus component in this beer and thought it was one of the more interesting offering from this brewery.
