A Pale ale is one of the head brewers favorite beers to drink and brew. Principal's pale ale is a nice dry pale ale with amazing pineapple, citrus, and stone fruit aromas that drinks extremely dry for the style. Thanks to Omega Yeast Labs Voss. Don't be afraid to get to know the principal and take a sip or two.

Taps slightly hazy topaz with a thick parchment head. Aroma provides crisp fresh malt, zesty apple and resiny hops. Flavor gives all these but taken up a notch, and some woody bitterness in the hops. Texture features nice body and lively fizz. Fit for a principal!
