500 ml bottle, bought in Germany. ABV is 5.2%. Hazy golden colour, large head. Lovely weissbier aroma, plenty of cloves, some banana too but not as much as in some other hefes. Cloves also in the flavour, which is light bodied, refreshing and not too sweet. A slightly lemony finish. A very enjoyable hefe!

Full banana nose once poured with some light caramel. Light hazy golden colour with a big warm creamy head, long retention and some foamy patches. Some nice spices do come out in the nose, calming the sweetness. The fruitiness does continue in the taste, but not syrupy at least. Some decent dryness in the finish. Gets hazier as it pours. A nice blend between the Wheat and Helle, but still just a tad too rich for me.

The beer pours a hazed reddish-gold with a thin white head, and a lot of effervescence, The aroma is light wheat, bubble gum, yeast, and spices. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat, bread, and pepper spices with a lightly bitter finish. Quite refreshing.
