750 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Distinct sweetish aroma of spicy saison yeast, wheat (or more specifically spelt) malt and grassy hops. Also hints of old jam. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is medium sweet (not "very dry" at all) with the same elements as the aroma. Not bad, but a bit too much on the sweet side.

Bottle at Toronado San Diego. Pours with a cloudy yellow body topped by a thin head with little lacing. It’s slgihtly sweet with a grassy note, a little malt, and a slight yeastiness. Light bodied, crisp and a touch dry.

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head, also particles floating around. Aroma is fruity, earthy and a bit grainy. Flavour is very citrusfruity along with mild wood and some hints of earthyness. Pleasantly balanced.

Bottled 2005, 750ml. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow, with a fluffy two finger head hat fades very slowly to a thick cap. There's tons of little streams of bubbles floating to the top to keep the head going, and the lacing completely covers the inside of my glass. Smell; there's a little bit of hops in the nose that go along very nicely with a lemony citrus. There's a nice earthy quality in the aroma as well as a touch of peppery spices, with just some hints of Saison funkiness in the background. Taste: the citric lemon flavor is the first thing that hits me, along with a mildly bitter hop presence. The funk is a touch more pronounced in the flavor than it was in the nose, and mixes well with some earthy spiciness. Mouthfeel/Drinkability; mouthfeel is medium bodied, and this has a ton of carbonation that's a bit on the harsh side for me, and the drinkability takes a hit to due this. Otherwise the drinkability of this one would have been really up there. This was my Thanksgiving dinner beer, and overall I was not disappointed at all. A pretty darn good beer to sit back with and enjoy on this beautiful turkey day.

2005. This is brewed with spelt wheat... Color is a shade of yellow with a lightweight and sticky big head....A very pilsner-like musty aroma. Medium bodied, mouthfeel had coarse bubbles...A pronounced bitter wheat taste. Kind of a damp lemony finish with an herbal taste. Not quite on par with saison Dupont i thought, but in the same realm...It got nice and smooth by the end and was refreshing and a very welcome drink

Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color ale with a thick pure white foamy head with good retention. Aroma consists of funky Belgian yeast with some big malt and some spices or hops that provide a very herbal feel. Taste of floral malt with subtle funky yeast and a dry finish from (I believe) Saaz hops. This beer is definitely not filtrated with lots of sediment at the bottom and lots of carbonation. Very well done and something that I will enjoy drinking often – a session saison if I can say.

Hazy golden with rich white foam. Sweet and yeasty aroma of oranges and cheese with touches of wet wood and grassy hops in the background. Cheesy and slightly woody flavour with notes of sweet oranges and red grape-peels. Dried oranges, spices and cheese in the finish

A cloudy yellow appearance with a huge head. A peach and apricot aroma. The flavor contains some funk and a lot of peach flavors. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. Pretty good one.

Okay first things first i think eagle dented my celing with the cork from this one and all he did was take the wire off. Poured a cloudy unfilter golden color with huge head go figure. Aroma was citrus peppery. Glavor was the same with the funk in there. This would be a great summer time beer.
