The bright coppery brown of her dress is the preamble of a universe of softness and roundness. Nose malty, slightly fruity taste perfectly consistent with customer driven flavors "caramel". Supported at all levels, it is very balanced. A very slight hint of roast surprises us however finish. First beer produced by the brewery, color recalls the fun and invites us to spend a single moment of tasting. Hops: Brewers Gold, Pearl

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with small particles floating around. Mediumsized beige thick head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is very fruity while pouring, afterwards it gets grassy and wooden along with some toffee and even licorice. Flavour is wooden, toffeeish as well as grassy. finish gets a bit ashes, licorice, wood and mild roast. Aftertaste is mainly grassy. A different brew. Quite refreshing.

pours a cloudy amber-brown colour under a nice creamy beige head; malty and caramelish nose, notes of ginger; robust malt body, creamy in the mouth, low carbonation, sweet; the finish is gently spicy with more caramelish notes - ok

Hazy reddish brown with a small white head. Weak aroma of caramel, banana, grass and yeast. Flavour is dominated by licorice, sweet oranges and banana. Plain mouthfeel with a very low carbonation. Some grass, mild licorice, almond and minerals in the short aftertaste.

Cloudy amber color with a creamy off white head and nice lacing. Very sweet, mildly spicy aroma... even alittle banana. Spicy taste of mints, ginger, some cinnamon and candy sugar. A very light dubbel.
