Brewers work using traditional methods of brewing to produce beers of character from the finest raw materials that are barley malt, hops, water and yeast. This approach ensures we produce beers of incomparable organoleptic qualities to beer production industry. Product quality is guaranteed by modern equipment evolving and systematic analyzes of each brew in the laboratories of the Abbey of Our Lady of Orval. The brewery in its current form has an annual capacity of 1000 hectoliters, equivalent to about 130 000 bottles of 75 cl. We do not reach this maximum production but we hope we can come as close in the coming years.
