Houblons : Brewers Gold, Strisselspalt.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with mediumsized beige head. Some lace. Aroma is zest, yeast, mild alcohol and some nuts. Flavour is very smooth caramel malts meeting fruityness, sweet yeastyness, wood and some notes of alcohol. Alcohol fits the beer like a glove. Very pleasant brew.

cloudy amber colour under a beautiful regular creamy head; it shows a solid and complex aroma of berries, alcohol and spices; low carbonation, incredibly smooth and creamy in the mouth; fairly bitter; long spicy finish with warming notes of alcohol - overly spiced but quite nice

Hazy orange colour with a white stable head. Sweet aroma of oranges, apricotjam and light spices. Pretty sugary flavour of blood oranges and apricot. Quite sweet but a bit peppery and spicy finish of dry grass and orange-peels.
