750 capped bottle. Poured in a belgian stemmed glass an unfiltered, opaque and explosive gushing oak coloured Belgian Ale with a good one finger beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is a bunch of spices, caramel malts, dark fruits, raisins, plums, vinous notes and more than an alcoholic touch. The flavour is solid toasted malts, caramel, yeast and fruits, oranges, raisins, citrus. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick and a bit sirupy. This medium to full bodied Belgian Ale has a dry spicy and alcoholic finish. A pleasant Wallonian Ale, well in the Belgian tradition.
