500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Rosen stemmed glass a clear and straw-yellow coloured Helles with a one finger almost white, fine and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is malty and faint grassy hops. The flavour is moderate malty and light bitter. The mouthfeel is round and light crispy. The texture is watery. This light bodied Helles has a dry malty finish. A well refreshing and easy drinkable from Saxony, in the old German Democratic Republic.
