Bottled. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet and bready malts along with some floral notes. Flavour is sweet and bready malts along with some floral, grassy and herbal notes. Pleasantly balanced.

decent body (definitely thick for a pils) with lots of malt and hops to go around. bitter finish, typical of rogue, with a sweet thick malty flavor preceeding, and a decent aroma. good fresh, average with a little age on it.

Not sure how old this bottle was, but there were only a few left at the store, so I bought them both. The beer pours out light amber color, hazy with an off-white 1" rocky head with spotty lacing. Aroma is Play-Doh, bready with a light fruity/apple juice note. Flavor is light malts, light bitterness and subtle apple and apricots. Decent enough, but rather boring.

I read a review above that said there was nothing "imperial" about this beer. Maybe because it is not an imperial pilsner? They do have an Imperial Pilsner (Morimoto), which is better than this.....also a lot more $$$. For a standard pilsner though, this is one of the best I've had.....haven't tried many European Pils yet. Uber Pilsner is very smooth, very crisp, very refreshing. I would like to see this in 6-packs, as I would surely be buying this for daytime beer or just to drink something on the lighter side at the end of night.

I split this beer with my dad. My pour (first) was clear and bland and just overall very similar to a macro lager. His was cloudy, had some hop bite and grassiness, but not much more than mine. Neither tasted very "imperial" nor did anything to wake me up from my boredom. Very disappointing.

Pours out in a hazy golden appearance, topped with a creamy white head. Surprisingly mild aroma of bread and pears with some grassy hops in the background. Crisp but not enough bitter or aromatic flavour of grassy hops with notes of bread, pear and biscuit. Short crisp finish of grassy and mellow citric hops. Not much going on.

Ho hum. Poured a light gold color with huge head and didn't leave much lacing. Aroma was of sweet honey and grass. Flavor was sweet little grassy. Mouthfeel was way to thin. okay beer nothing great.

Poured a golden color with a generous initial head. Lacing was ok. Aroma was mostly of grass and honey. Flavor was grass, honey, and some diacetyl flavors. Flavor was sweet but light. Mouthfeel was light. Mediocrity here at best.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is surprisingly malty, wasn't expecting that from a pils. Flavor is mildly hoppy. Great pils! I was very impressed with this one.

Rogue Uber Pilsner poured a damn near perfect appearance. It was a nice amberish golden color with a thick nice white head. The taste was smooth, slightly sweet with a nice citrus blend. Awesome! One of the best pilsners I've ever had.
