"Noogfest 06". Vintage 2001. The aroma was floral and dry with some grapefruit and sweetness coming through with a unique maltiness. The appearance was a reddish amber when held to the light with a full and creamy head on top that was a light tan in color. The mouthfeel was malty and had nice balances of hops and malt. The flavor was of malts, sweetness, maybe figs?, hops, and bitter with maybe some slight brown sugar. Yet another great product from Rogue.

Some nice citrus, carmel, malt, and hoppy flavors in the aroma. same flavors as in the aroma, with maybe a touch of molasses as well. smoother than i expected from the aroma.

This is a little dark for an IPA. A medium reddish brown, extremely cloudy and you can see the sediment. Bitter hops, but little citrus or piney sappiness. Nice heavy malt. Thick body for an IPA.

Ok now the notes are getting sloppy, but not as bad as some Ive written. A dark orange appearance with a moderate head. The flavor is hoppy with some dark fruits present. A very malty take on the style. A very good and well balanced beer.

Poured a hazy reddish amber color with a thin, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus, grass, and caramel malt. Malty, oxidized, citrus fruits, and grassy hops in the background. For its age, this is a nice beer.
