pours a dark brown color with medium sized tan head with very fine texture in the carbonation with a decent retention. The aroma consisted of rye bread, banana, vanilla icing, milk chocolate and a hint of bubblegum. The taste was of strong rye flavor on the palate, banana oli, cold coffee and a little bit of charcoal. The mouth feel is medium bodied with a little bit of an acidic mouth feel. Medium length.

Murky orangey/brown colour. Foamy large tan head lasts most of the way leaving rings of lacing. Subdued aroma of cut grass and some spice. Flavour is peppery, spice and yeast. Watery mouthfeel. Not bad after a sweaty afternoon putting up eaves trough. Won’t have again now that that job is done.

Thin cloudy dark brown pour, beige head, some lacing. Sweet and very lightly smoked malt aroma and palate, then rye and then sweetness, a hint of Christmas cookie and spices, still thin, some molasses. Decent enough.

A very spicy dry rye brew, almost overly so. Muddled kinda ugly pour. Beyond that there was some non descript hops and muddled malts, but as much as I like rye beer I wasn't too impressed with this one. It was ok.

A deep bright amber clored beer with a big frothy textured light beige head rising robustly above. Great hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a nice splash if sticky film aside the glass and thick ringlet atop the body. Smokey malt in the nose. Citric hops and spicy rye dominate the tasting. Light and crisply effervescent. Very good.
