A modified version of our Fathom IPA. I filled it with IPA straight from the fermenter before any dry-hopping was done to the main batch, previous casks of IPA we’ve done were post dry-hopping in the vat. Not to worry though, it’s still plenty hoppy! This week I dry-hopped the cask with Zythos then fortified the brew with Sinamar for colour enhancement. And enhance the colour I did. This should effectively be an India Black Ale so come on down and check out the modded version. I predict large quantities of deliciousness will ensue. And try a cheese plate on for size while you’re at it, it’s heaven with the beer and perfect for sharing! Enjoy
