On tap at the brewery A clear deep gold colored lager with a decent 2 finger tight pored cap that lasts and laces. Aromas of fresh bisquits and a floral-citrus tone from the Yakima valley hops Lovely smooth feel in the front with ample carapils malts to chew on, nice balance with the herbal-citrusy hops ...finishes clean with a biscuity snap and a nice hop bite. A very staple lager of the old pre-prohibition Canadian style. When fresh this is far better than Creemore....more malts more smooth finish...this is much like a smooth malty steam beer.
