Medium golden color, solid head and good carbonation. Aroma is light, fruity and slightly alcoholic. Mouthfeel is full and thick. Flavor begins with a hop bite, then goes to a sweet, syrupy smoothness and then an alcoholic warming. Finishes very sweet and slighty sticky. Reminds me of a young Belgian Ale. Definitely a sipping beer, at approximately 10% alcohol, it lives up to its name. Very good.
