Dark colour, clear, fine and generous white head. Rich with a scent of coriander and liquorice. Full mouthed, heady, pleasant aroma of the typical special malts. Tasting between 8° and 12°C. Typical beer for the end of the year. High range beer to taste together with family or friends.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy brown color ale with an off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of candi sugar and nice rich Belgian style malt is quite enjoyable. Taste is also a nice enough mix between candi sugar with some notes rich sweet Belgian malt and light dry figs. Body is full with limited filtration and great carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Doesn’t necessarily stand out for the style but quite enjoyable nonetheless.

Clear brownish amber colour. Rish belgian-style white head. The aroma is dominated by nutmeg with touchesall-spice, toffee and yeast. Spicy flavour of nutmeg, cloves, fudge, sweat and banana. Spices, nuts and white chocolate in the finish

Bottled. Reddish amber colour, big off white head. Sweet alcohol, caramel and weak malts and rye in aroma. Flavour is sweet caramellish malts with some soapish hints. Weak plum with hops in finish. Semi-oily palate. Lovely label on the bottle...

a very heavy head (3-3½ fingers) the aroma is malt, sweet, and prune, the color is medium dark red/brown and the taste is deliciously dry with some bitterness and a licorice finish

brown colour with a nice stable head, deep malty and spicy nose, smooth and quite full-bodied with a long dry malty finish - a solid, well-made beer

750 ml corked bottle conditioned, cool label! Brown colour, slightly hazy, good initial head but not lingering, lovely spicy aroma, yeasty, malty and spicy flavour - a real treat for the Christmas table.
