Comes out of the growler a clear amber with a thick, frothy and rather persistent eggshell head. Aroma is more hoppy than malty, almost like an IPA, with a hint of Mandarin orange. Bold, malty flavor is as hoppy as a cottontail, almost IPA-ish, a tad fruity, pleasing, refreshing. Flavor is firm and fizzy, and finish has a note of fresh hay. Hop to any growler store or bar that has this on tap!
