Red Brick Summer Brew is a traditional Hefeweizen style beer. We use traditional Hefeweisen yeast that imparts the beautiful flava and aroma, reminiscent of summer itself. Unfiltered to keep the unique character of the yeast intact. Golden and nearly opaque, this classic summer beer is beautiful in a tall slender glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange on the rim of your glass.

This hefe pours a cloudy canary yellow and has a nice thick white head. Aroma is not strong but wheaty and appetizing, with just a hint of fruit. Flavor is typical of a fine hefeweizen - wheaty and malty with a fruity undertone, not complex but refreshing. Texture is crisp and smooth.

Cloudy yellow color. Mostly clove in the aroma. A little banana there as well but its faint. Not a bad tasting beer. Clove & banana flavors dominate with citrus flavors behind. I like it, and its actually better than a lot of the American Brewed hefe's (but not the greatest). I'd try it again fo sho.

The aroma of this brew is very wheaty with some graininess coming through with not much in the way of fruity or doughey overtones like bananas and apples and reminds me more of a witbier-style brew with some spice in the nose. The appearance is a pale and golden yellow with much cloudiness with a very large head on top that is bleach white in color and very carbonated and has good head retention. The mouthfeel is light-bodied, frothy, and thick with nice balances of fruitiness I did not find in the nose with good complexities of wheat malt with a palate that is clean and refreshing. The flavor is smooth, rich, fruity, and yeasty with an aftertaste of some banana as well as spice like you find in a witbier with a finish that is wet, refreshing, and tasty. Overall, an interesting beer here, it looks and feels like a witbier but has flavors of a hefe-weizen; for this very reason, I will say I liked this brew and it was a bit different. This would be a great Summer brew but that is about it.

A cloudy yellow apperance. The nose consists of some sweaty socks and rotten citrus fruit. It has a funky lemon flavor to it. Can someone teach these guys how to brew beer please?!!

This pours a hazy yellow with a soupy head. There is a touch of banana in the aroma with a biit of citrus, but there’s plenty of clove. The flavor is much drier than expected. The light body and spicy character make it almost witbier like.
