Taps clear, cider-like golden with a fair off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers raw malt, zesty hops and a nice woody undertone. Flavor yields piney hops, zesty malt, hints of sweet and tart pomme. Texture offers fair body and nice fizz. Soul-ful.
