    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Točené, 500 ml, on tap at Zly Čazy, Praha 4. Poured in a Czech tumbler an almost black, coloured Dunkel Bock with a one finger tan coloured dense and creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is intense roasted malts combined with a great vanilla feeling and dark fruits, raisins, plums. The flavour is rich, roasted malts, dark chocolate, light coffeish, dark fruits, figs, plums, raisins, spicy, licorice and vanilla and honey notes. The mouthfeel is fulled, light sparkling, fruity and smooth. The texture is oily. This full bodied Dunkel Bock has a long roasted malts and fruity finish with a light bitter aftertaste. What an unexpected beautiful surprise, flavourful, well balanced, powerful, for short, delicious !
