This pale ale is brewed light and refreshing for our southern climate, not quite as aggressively hopped as our west coast brethren's, made using premium Maris Otter Malt and Cara Foam Malt. Mildly hopped with American Nugget, Cascade and Centennial for a pleasant bitterness and citrus aroma.

Honest and true-to-type. Clean, crisp and refreshing without being overly hopped. great for the warmer weather. Nice light orange to golden color with a ample head and nice citrus aroma.
