This style beer originated in Einbeck, Germany almost 700 years ago. This style has undergone subtle changes through the years as the major brewing centers of the world have changed. Ours is characteristic of the earliest examples; moderate alcohol content, mild with detectable hop levels and a lightly toasted malt flavor.

Another railhouse beer that looks and smells like it might live up to the name and then you taste it, not true to style and in this case not even a good beer flavor. Astringent and watery. Not something I want to finish.

Did someone try to poison me? Because after tasting this I think they did. Bizarre strong backflavor. This one tastes like mildewy chocolate, burnt carmel, with a dash of everclear and a drop of pine sol (I am not exagerating).

This was an extremely hoppy, yeasty beer. It had a mild to strong aftertaste with a little bit of toast flavor to it. i am not a big fan of this dry beer.

This one had a relatively bland aroma. It poured a dark golden color with good lacing. It had a somewhat dry hoppy flavor with a bitter and dry aftertaste.
