After feeling the energy at @royfarms_hops, we had to experiment. Radiant will be the first to ever brew commercially with hop variety ADHA-1631 from Roy Farms and @adhahops. Combining 1631 with the tried-and-true Citra, we created a Hazy Pale Ale that blends the best of the citrus and tropical worlds. Pouring a hazy pineapple juice hue, this pale resulted in aromas of pineapple gummy bears, kaffir lime, and starfruit. Notes of mango, tangerine, and kiwi are dominant over a creamy and easy-drinking body with low bitterness. Consider the great ADHA-1631 experiment… a success!
