This is a decent session beer if flavour is not the foremost thing you look for in a beer. There's some here, but not enough to make you sit up and say "wow! this is good beer". The beer pours a clear gold colour with reddish hues...more gold than red though. The head is white, bubbly, big - and dissipates quickly. The aroma is grainy malt, some citrusy hops, and caramel. The flavour is more of the same. Again, better than a Bud, Blue, Coors, or Canadian if you want to drink.

Pours gold with a one finger off white head that fades quickly. Some carbonation. Sweet aroma. Flavour is somewhat bland, sweet, malty with a thin, but creamy mouthfeel. Almost no aftertaste, very easy to drink.

What do you say about an average beer? Slight amber in the gold coloured liquid that got dumped out into my glass. An average ammount of carbonation and head was produced with some spotty lacing but little retention. Aroma consisted of decent enough malts and a good portion of yeast. Nice sweetness to it with some honey (probally). This is actually a good tasting beer - I had written this off as soon as I was given the bottle by the Newfie Beer Fairy. Lots of malts with a weak honey taste but suffered slightly from oxidization. Balance was decent enough. Light bodied and smooth enough with a good swish. Had a slightly sour bitterness and a bit of acidy aftertaste. Totally drinkable and way better than I thought it would be. This is the beer I will take on my next seal hunt to hit that wanker Paul McCartney over the head with.

This beer doesn’t look bad but also doesn’t looking appealing, has the normal clear honey brown colored body with a thin off white cap that vanishes quickly. A fairly strong grape fruit hops smell came from the brew, this was surprising, but over all it smelt sour and unappealing just like most people from the east coast where this beer calls home. Taste way more fresh a clean then the smell, almost all malt with a mild citrusy finish. Tons of carbonation burns your throat when you swallow but doesn’t cause you to belch, medium bodied. Not bad not good just a beer that I will never drink again.

scored meself a taster pack while home in newfoundland... must remember to bring back a few dozen local beers for the other edmonton drunks! first off this beer pours slighty reddish copper color (when i mean slight,i mean SLIGHT!!) pours a foamy white head that was huge at first but did remain for quite some time. the carbonation in this beer is unreal... bubbles non-stop... mores bubbles then a pop!! the aroma consisted of weak caramel malts and some slight slight hops. taste is a bit along the lines of a nut brown ale, its not bad, just seems to be outta place for this style. mouthfeel is watery and thin, the carbonation that shows in the glass is appearent in the belching, im reaching new levels of high with this one!! all in all a decent beer, nothing to write home about.

Thanks L.S.R!- The pour produces a transparent amber. Head is lightly frothed, short lived, producing minute lace. Nose is filled with toffee, caramel and other malts (nuts). Taste is sweet, caremel and nuts, with mild bitternerss and hay. FInishes fizzy, and sweet. Thanks D to the double D!
