Enjoyed at The Five Fishermen Restaurant & Grill in Halifax, NS. Pours a copper colour with a creamy beige cap, good retention and creamy lacing. The aromas are of roasted malts with hints of cocoa and coffee. Fruity malt taste with some roastiness in the finish. Hops are soapy, adding a nice touch to the creaminess. A nice refreshing red cream ale with some smooth burnt and fruity notes.

This is a Dark Cream ale with a smooth full bodied flavour, with a sweeter smooth taste, and a nice aroma. It has a dark almost chocolate colour. More rich than hoppy. Pretty much the best beer I have had in Canada. Available in the spring of 2013
