Our Crème Ale is a traditional crème ale with both ale and lager yeast, this gives us the creamy smoothness of an ale with a nice dry crisp finish. The Creme Ale is great on hot summer days.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours clear gold with nice white head. The aroma is full of grains and floral hops, some lemony citrus and some hay too. Very nice. The taste begins with a pulse of peanut butter then moving toward fresh grains, floral hops and a sting of lemon like acidity for added interest and balance. I love the taste of this.

A burnt copper color beer with a nice white foamy head rising above. It eventually left a nice spider web clingy little lace. The aroma had some toast, sweet corn and some white bread. The flavor was malty sweet with the white bread/toast as the aftertaste with a clean sweet finish. The palate was between light and medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it.

Sampled 10/21/2008. This Cream Ale pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from a 12 oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head with decent retention. The aroma is fruity and sweet with a touch of floral hops. A medium bodied cream ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and earthy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. It has the kind of yeasty creamy mouthfeel. This is a very nicely done cream ale. Best cream ale I have had in long time. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean. Good summer beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Clouded gold with a decent head, good lacing. Fruity esters and yeast mustiness over a grainy tome in the aroma. Flavor is mild but pleasant, light fruityness, some earthiness, passive but adequate hopping...dry sour finish. Decent...but the Cream ale style is uniquely Canadian and I’ve yet to see a US Micro match the cream ales from Quebec.

Bottle from 5000/Larry Pitonka. Poured a golden yellow color, huge honkin, persistent, humongo head, way overcarbonated from a convenience factor, yet it didn't kill the mouthfeel or tarnish the actual experience at all. The aroma was herbal, semi-spicey hops, grains, light fruity ester notes. The flavor followed the aroma, lots of flavor and firm hops, all finishing dry and crisp, although I could have been told it was a standard american pale ale and wouldn't have known it was a "cream ale." Thanks Andre, a nice one.
