5.4% dark beer, it acquires the taste "sweet and sour" after a guard of 18 months in oak barrels. This care and the different blends gives it a unique fruity. The "Tail Plow" will surprise you with its lightness and refreshing character.

dark ruby-brown colour, the foam disappears immediately, vinous nose, aroma of vinegar, apple and wood, tart, sour and sweet with a medium body, the finish is slightly dry and fruity with more notes of vinegar - good but too much on the sweet side to be exceptional
