Their beers are brewed under contract by Brouwerij Van Steenberge. 1986: The Year of Belgian beer. The little son of Gaston Vanuxeem decided to relaunch their own beer. After a few searches in the archives of the brewery, a beer recipe like old brown Flemish made in early 20th century brings the unanimity of the family. The "Tail Plow, Flemish translation of the name of the village Ploegsteert, was born. Increasing success and market demand, the triple was born in 1992. It only remained to complete the family through an amber, done in 1998 by a blonde in 2009.
