Our hop-less Black Ale puts hops to bed and lets the malt shine through. To remember those who have passed away, we put a shroud over the hops – not a single hop is in this beer. To shine a light on life we added star anise. This beer has five different malt varieties and when combined with the star anise provides an amazing amount of flavor without a single hop. So pour out a little on the earth to remember those who’ve passed and celebrate life with our amazing Black Ale.
