Dog Patch is a hoppy American Style Pale Ale. Columbus and play an important role in this hop forward American style ale. The crystal malts give a subtle caramel flavor and balance the American hops without too much sweetness. Citrus and florally flavors infuse the ale and give you the sharp, and clean pungent taste. Dog Patch was brewed specifically for the Dog Patch Music Festival in Whalen, SK, to promote and increase awareness for the festival. We hope to brew this beer in increasing amounts every summer for the festival.
