July 2015: Small sample from 355 ml bottle, at a 4th of July tasting. Promising and nice farmhouse kitchen / brett aroma, but the flavour was too thin, bland and not very interesting. The Motueka hops did not come through as much as I’d like. Might sample again, but not if I have to pay for the bottle myself.

Murky golden straw body with a thin fizzy, white cap that is leaving a decent amount of lace. Aromas of straw, funk, and earth. Flavor has those same features with a lemony citrus hop bite, reminiscent of the Sorachi Ace hops. Prickly mouthfeel from the carbonation, finishes with a long and low bitterness. Overall its another winner from Prairie.

First beer that I had from Oklahoma. A clearish appearance with almost no color.....faint yellow maybe. Packed with flavor. Earthy, grassy, some sour and mild hop. Only had a couple ounce sample in a flight, but this is something I would like to have a true glass of... UPDATED 5/5/17- Downgraded a point on flavor and feel. Good beer, just not as good as originally sampled once I had a full 12 oz. bottle.

Thin pour with a small, persistent head. Murky, hay color. Smells of urine, Belgian yeast, and fresh mowed grass. Thin mouth feel. Taste is barnyard and lemon rind. Clean finish with saddle blanket and creosote notes. This would be perfect on a hot summer day. Are you kidding me? This is a fantastic beer.

Solid brew. Takes a few to open up but does so nicely. As advertised, a light slightly hoppy funky farmhouse ale. Flavorful but sessionable brew. Ill buy again...
