July 2015: Small sample from bottle, at a 4th of July tasting. Nice farmhouse kitchen / brett and Nelson Sauvin character in both aroma and flavour. Might well sample again.

Pours clear, wan straw yellow with a fairly thick and somewhat persistent porcelain head. Aroma presents yeasty, fresh malt and white wine tones. Flavor downplays the malt and yeast, but adds some woody hops. Mouthfeel has decent fizz and body, and finish delivers a note of tart white wine. All ’Merica(n), all the time.

My my my...lovin the hoppy funky brews. More farm than just the traditional saison yeast. Tropical fruit and barnyard, finishes bone dry. LOVE it. One of my top few in style. Wish it were a little cheaper.

Another shared bottle @ mini tasting. Cloudy light yellow pour, tight head, some lacing. Funky citrus grapefruit and pineapple aroma and initial flavor, nicely hopped with a spicy earthy bitter. Super nice beer.

Yet another winner from this new company in oklahoma. aromas of pineapple, citrusy and grassy hops, a pungent skunky presence from the yeast, very nice. The body is a hazy yellow, looks like pineapple juice. The head was thick and fizzy, but had no retention and quickly disappeared. Mouthfell is full and thick for the style but the carbonation seems to lighten it a bit, goes down smooth and easy. flavors mirror the aromas, the malts are a buit more prevelant, and that farmhouse funk is quite dominant. i like this beer, job well done.
