Growler at the Casanova. I sure hope this is the right beer. Pours a very dark brown that also blocks out all the light. One finger off white head that takes its time. Aroma is malty with hints of light coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Taste is fairly straight forward with hints of vanilla, figs, English malts and yeast. A tad on the watered side but actually makes it for sessionable than if it was a big bomb of a beer. A tad creamy and dry to the tongue. Not half bad, interested in what else this infant brewery can dish out.
