Mike has been brewing for 20 years and has a passion for creating his original recipes as well as perfecting classic styles of beer. If we had a nickel for every time someone told him he should open a brewery... The rest of the Pitchfork crew bring talent and and enthusiasm to go with Mike's brewing expertise. Both families are from Hudson, WI and are dedicated to providing our beautiful little city with some of the best beer in the world using ingredients sourced as locally as possible and brewed with a focus on creativity and quality.
