Pours a hazy honey golden with a fairly thick golden buff head. Rich aroma has equal parts malt and hops, with a hint of honey. Flavor floods the palate with sweet malt, woody and resiny hops, fresh-from-the-hive honey, and pomme fruit - I got a hint of apricot in there. Texture is firm and fizzy, leaving a woody hop finish. If this is not the best pale ale I have ever had the privilege to get on the outside of, it is certainly one of the top five!

On tap @ Barley's in Asheville. Light copper/yellow coloring with a thinnish head but plenty of lacing. Nice grapefruit and peachy hops aroma with a touch of slightly sweet malts. Taste is extremely smooth with a nice touch of the grapefruit, peach and some pine hops, and a decent dose of malts to balance. I'll get a growler of this one next time I'm in Asheville - very good.

A copper apperance with a white head. The aroma is slightly hoppy with some grapefruit, oranges, and peaches. Millions of peaches, peaches for me! The flavor has a nice malt presence with some caramel, orange, and pine. A good session APA.

Dark golden copper in color. The aroma is citrus and pine. Dry smooth flavor of lemons and grapefruits. Extremely easy to drink. Very nice feel and taste.
