ATX Pale Ale is our new-school American style pale ale brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops and a light body. This style of pale ale focuses on the flavor and aroma of the hop and finishes with a light balanced bitterness. Intense aromas of dank tropical fruit, peaches, stone fruit, and ripe pineapple notes are present throughout the flavor. The immense hop oil from the 4.5lbs/bbl used leave a delicious resinous hop oil character throughout the palate with a crisp finish.
