Il suo gusto speciale è dato da note di caramello con sfumature speziate. Unisce una buona percentuale di farro con il malto d'orzo mentre il luppolo è una presenza discreta, non troppo marcata. Gustata da sola è più da meditazione ma è ottima anche per accompagnare formaggi e salumi.
