    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery shop. Poured in the original Permon Bavarian Seidel an unfiltered and opaque rich-burgundy, close to black, coloured Bock with a huge four fingers tan pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is heavy roasted malts, notes of chocolate and fruits. The flavour is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, flowery, violet and fruity, plums. The mouthfeel is clean and smooth. This medium bodied Bock has a dry roasted malts finish. A nice and easy drinkable Dunkel Bock from North Bohemia.
