A complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. Cascade hops impart citrusy, hoppy notes in the nose. The use of organic Caramel Malts give this a smooth, almost sweet finish. 41 IBU’s (International Bittering Units) pushes this brew to near IPA (India Pale Ale) status.

A bright golden colored ale. A small fluffy textured white head rises avove. And it doesn’t stay around very long. But lacing is impressive. Nice film and thick cap are left. A faint citrus-sweet malt aroma. The tasting is as low keyed. More citrus hops, but some malt. Thick bodied and creamy makes this an impressive organic

Pours a typical clear amber with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy and has some fruity hints. Flavor is strongly malty and fairly yeasty and has hints of fruit and hops as well as an undertone of vegetables. Texture is fairly smooth and nicely tingly.
